Jacketing

JACKETING
There are three different methods for thermal insulation in buildings, from inside to outside and sandwich wall. The best practice for preventing the formation of heat bridges and ensuring insulation continuity is the application of mantle. Exterior mantle application is the most suitable heat insulation system in terms of building physics.

To prevent heat loss and gain according to the seasoning of boilermaking, the outer shell of the building is covered with thermal insulation materials. Technically, it is the heat insulation from the building exterior to reach the required heat transfer coefficient without forming a heat bridge.

JACKETING ADVANTAGES
All kinds of beams, columns, beams etc. on the outer surface of the building prevent the formation of heat bridges by completely insulating the reinforced concrete building elements.

By wrapping the building like a mantle from the outside, it prevents cracks and damages that may occur due to temperature differences in the main material. In Antioch, the mantle is very needed because of the hot weather. The difference between summer and winter temperatures on the outer walls can reach up to 5 oC.

The exterior walls of the building are protected from all external influences.

The risk of choking is reduced most.

Provides both heat and water insulation

A custom-made mantle application provides up to 50% heat savings.

Since the heat is distributed in a balanced manner in the cantilevered buildings, there is no choking and airflow, thus a comfortable living space is obtained.

It contributes to the protection of the environment as it reduces fuel consumption.

On the outside walls of the building, the equipment in the concrete protects against corrosion and extends the life of the building.

WHERE TO RANGE
Cladding can be applied to exterior walls of buildings, roofs, soil-contacting areas, upholstery separating floors, parts facing the unheated areas such as warehouse garages, and cold weather warehouses.

HOW MUCH WILL BE PERFORMED
The application of Lale Building mantle takes about 1-4 weeks on average for a medium sized building. The weather conditions, the size of the building, the number of staff working in practice can affect this period positively or negatively. Strong wind, fog or rainy weather conditions should not be applied to the mantle. Ideally, the application surface temperature and ambient temperature is at least +5 oC.

HOW TO PROTECT MANTOLAMA SYSTEMS
In the old buildings, before the mantle exercises, all of the air conditioners, antennas, signboards, washing iron must be removed. Since the main principle of the system is to cover the whole of the cephen with the thermal insulation plates without any interval, it will be a much healthier decision to install these elements after the covering. Also, if you are thinking of replacing apartment buildings in old buildings, making this change before mantle will also make an important contribution to not harm the system. In some buildings the ground floors are car parked in the car park. In such cases, putting flower barrels, fences or rubber bar bars in front of the façade wall will remove the risks of unwanted accidents.

It will be in the common interest of everybody to take special management measures for the external heat insulation systems in the following periods by joint decision of the building management with the floor owners after the mantle. In spite of all these precautions, if you are in need of repair, it will be a good choice to meet with your contractor and ask for help.

In terms of the life of your building and the health of your living space, it is again in your hand to make use of the advantages of the outer mantle, which is the most valid solution of today's building sector.

ENERGY IDENTITY DOCUMENT
Building elements, which consist of exterior walls, windows, doors, ceilings, roofs and other upholstery, which separate the inner and outer environments of the buildings and are also known as building envelopes, must be protected from external factors.

If heat is lost to the buildings and the surfaces are not insulated correctly, the heat loss and thus the energy costs are increasing. Particularly, contractors and users pay attention to the external features of the houses, ignoring the heat losses, and they are damaging to the environment and the country's economy by consuming more fuel as well as building owners' budget during the life of the building with very simple applications,

In order to prevent these negativities, according to the Regulation on Heat Insulation in Buildings, which was put into effect in 2000, new houses must be projected with heat insulation application and old buildings are obliged to obtain Energy Identity Certificate by 2020.

The most important step in obtaining an energy identity certificate is the application of heat insulation of the houses. Optimum selection of thermal insulation thickness in buildings is one of the most important factors in achieving thermal comfort and determining building energy class.
